This course illustrates the initial contact you have with the client which is the consultation process. It outlines all the particulars involved in a complete consultation. Every aspect of the consultation is in this course. Also, I have what I called the most important step of the entire formulation process which is finding the clients natural level. It may sound simple but in this course you will begin to understand why something as simple as finding a client's natural level is so very very important. There are other crucial and important details in this course that is essential to getting off to the best possible start as you can in the formulation process. The way you proceed in the consultation will be s strong indicator of how you finish. Critical questions have to be asked in the consultation process and when done effectively you will have a clearer canvas in which to work on.
Your Instructor
Trained under the tutelage of the late Olive Lee Benson, Chuck is a 33 year veteran in the beauty industry as an educator and cosmetology instructor. Author of 3 books including 2 hair color manuals. Chuck has a training center located in Richmond VA where stylists come from around the nation and abroad for private one on one training in hair cutting and hair color. Chuck has traveled and trained stylists in the Bahamas, Barbados, Grenada, Great Britain and Africa. He has taught at nearly every major trade show in the U.S. and has consulted for major companies such as Avlon Industries Pivot Point and Proctor and Gamble.
